UNCSTOCKS FOR THE MASSES
Overview

UNC Credit

Pledge purchased fixtures, inspect borrowing capacity, borrow, repay and withdraw collateral.

Practice / credit

Practice assets. Explicit risk. Synthetic quotes and test balances in an isolated Capital account. Mock Silicon is a fixture, separate from the live Blend basket. Reviews require confirmation; the risk monitor uses transparent calculations without AI.

Product and network boundaries

Capital currently runs a browser-local simulation, with no wallet or funded execution. Robinhood Chain mainnet is 4663; testnet is 46630. This account is neither network. A testnet controller and verified adapters are later integration work.

Stock Tokens provide economic exposure rather than underlying share ownership. Fixture collateral eligibility does not establish issuer eligibility or a live lending market. REST reference prices require the current multiplier once; adjusted onchain feeds already include it. Freshness, corporate-action pause and sequencer checks matter before increasing risk.

Spot fixtures charge the existing 1% fee on actual settled legs: half owner stock cashback, half funded coupons. Borrowing, repayment and collateral transfers create no swap volume. No Capital surcharge. UNC's separate 5% policy remains four points holders/one operations; the proposed 1% 80/20 policy remains separate.

Private credit, high-yield bonds, credit tranches and protocol-backed credit vaults remain planned. They need distinct borrower cash flows, defaults, lockups and verified adapters. Their presence in a roadmap is not an executable investment.
