Non-UNC practice swaps charge 1% on settled trades: half stock cashback and half funded coupons. No extra Strategies surcharge. The established UNC tax is separate: 5%, four percentage points holders and one operations, with no added UNC-endpoint platform fee. The proposed 1% 80/20 holder/treasury policy is not applied here.
